Android phone issue.

I can receive / make calls and the caller / receiver is loud and clear. But they can't hear me , just lot of background noise. Samsung phone , running Android. If I select speaker on my mobile , all ok. Have tried / checked all obvious things. It was working perfectly well until recently - seems that the car microphone not selected. Any help appreciated.

Try to deactivate MG HEllo and remove an setup again the bluetooth again.

Open your mobile - select bluetooth - go into settings- check to see if calls and audio highlighted - if calls not highlighted - click on mg and calls will add .
Myself and my husband have recently been having these issues.
Having to connect mobile every journey ....
Also had to go into phone settings and " clear cache"
lots of helpful videos on you tube .

I have the same problem. I have a new MG ZS EV and I use it with my Galaxy S23 phone. Sometimes it works fine, but then it goes crazy, and the people I speak with start to hear a lot of background noise. It is as if the noise cancellation feature stops working at once.
