Annoying beeps

Why does the car give intermittent beeps for around 30-40 seconds? Its really annoying! There is nothing displayed on the screen when it happens eithee

It's not you that has to be close to any cameras. Pete was talking about the cameras in your car that recognize speed limits. The car then beeps at you to give you a warning about passing the limit. 😉
 
So I turned the volume down/off and stayed at the correct driving speed, however the beep was still there?? Someone must know what it is or why its doing it.....

Our dealer mentioned it when we went to buy one for our youngest, they said it had been worse on the first one they had in and MG seemed to have done some adjustments on later deliveries but it was still an issue, (and then showed us the issue).
The hope was an update to fix the issue, until then adjust volume on the warnings - I'll get youngest son to try the satnav warning thing and see what happens.
 
I turned the urban area alarm think that's what it was called off on sat nav settings and thought I'd cured it because it hasn't gone off for a few weeks and bugger me it sounded this morning 🤬 It's only in one particular place it does it.
 
Those MG3 Hybrids look nice. Are they? I had an MG4 SE and am thinking of changing my now Kia EV to the MG3 because I like the steering wheel. If it's the same as the MG4 Se

Hi I had the same problem as well. I did some research and found it's the driver drowsiness alarm activating. Mine went off regularly for no reason but now has stopped.
