Are there any approved or safe extension leads you can plug a granny charger into and leave outside?

So I have an outside plug at the back of my house. My car is at the front. Are there any extension leads you could plug into my outside plug to then plug the cars granny charger into and leave overnight? I am getting a wall charger fitted before anyone recommends that, but when you visit relatives or friends when lockdown is over, I may need to charge it into theirs which isn't only 5 meters away.

Thanks in advance

Is. I was thinking of getting something like this:

Would that be safe would it? I've always heard don't plug your car into an extension lead however if its got the right wattage, ampage etc i can't see why not? I'm no electrician.

As Adam says, it has to be fully unwound. Otherwise, it acts as an inductor, overheats and melts.

Not with this one but with a previous EV ......it needs to be:
1) Capable of a continuous 10A
2) Completely unwind it.
3) Ideally fitted with a thermal cutout
4) Make sure you plug into a good quality 13Amp socket and just as you would with plugging the Granny in, keep a check on the plug temperature and watch for signs of excessive heat.
5) Obviously kept dry
