APP isn't log in? (Android)

Hi all, since yesterday I was trying to enter to the app by my account and password, and every password that I try (correct or incorrect) it says Please enter 8~16 bits password containing letters and digits. And this is all.

I'm using the updated app installed by Play Store (Android). Anyone with that problem?
