App Not Connecting

Has anybody had the app fail to connect on iPhone? Since about 6pm yesterday I haven't been able to get the app to update the charge status or run the vehicle status function. I have tried restarting the app but haven't re-paired.

Unlocking the car seemed to get it to spring back into life.

This sounds similar to the cabin pre-heating issue others have reported ... the car seems to go to "sleep" after a time and needs jolted awake - unlocking/locking the car gives that jolt.

Mine had the same problem on android yesterday. Was charging but app didn't connect. Unlocked and locked again and was fine.
