App problem

Hello. I have had a problem with the app where I get this message when I try to turn on the heat in the car and many other things (Illegal AppSendDate). This happened after my husband downloaded the app because he was going to check something, the app is mainly on my phone and it is my number that is registered. Now I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but it doesn't work. This error message keeps coming up. Any tips?

Post some photos or a screenshot of it, might help. Is it MG iSmart app?

Long shot this - check the date and time on your phone and car are the same.

is this iSmart MG app?

the one on your husband's phone still works OK or he deleted it by now?
if you get this message on login / password screen, can you even log into it?
