Completely fed up with the ISmart app. Registered on my ipad but when I try to access the app on my phone so I can bind it to the car, it tells me the mobile is not registered- even though the app on the ipad shows it is. Deleted the phone app several times and it's made no difference. Any suggestions - please!!!!
 
Are you logged in on the iPad? You can’t be logged in on 2 devices at the same time as far as I’m aware. Log out of the iPad and try it
 
I assume you login on the iPad using an email address/password? On the phone login using the exact same details - do not try to login using a phone number.

(After you've logged in on the phone, then you should be able to add your phone number as a login mechanism ... but do this after you've done the account binding).

PS - if the car is already bound to your account, you don't need to do it again on the phone. It is the account that gets bound with the car, not the device.
