Hello everyone,
I am experiencing an audio issue with my infotainment system and I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem. I typically listen to songs via KKBOX under Apple Play, and I have also connected my Android phone to the infotainment system via Bluetooth. However, after answering a phone call, the sound output from KKBOX becomes distorted, almost as if the stereo sound is missing. In order to restore normal sound quality, I have to restart the KKBOX app and start playing the song again.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, do you have any suggestions for how to fix it? I would greatly appreciate any advice you can offer.
