Auto Air Con Via iSMART

I have tried many times since owning my car to automatically switch on the air conditioning via iSMART whilst it’s plugged in. Every time it has failed. See attached photo of the error message I always receive. The app works fine to manage charging, send routes to the nav, lock and unlock the car. Has anybody had success remotely switching on their aircon? Am I missing something?

For me it has to be plugged in and charging. If it's plugged in but not charging I see the same as you. Since I only usually charge to 50% I can start it charging again with the app and then start the AC.

Aha! Thanks for that gem of advice! Just increased the target charge and tried again with success.
