battery level low pop up message

First time I have driven the car in low temperature early this morning at 3 degrees. All other warnings for icy roads all worked fine. also had the heated seats and wheel switched on for the first time.

Had a device battery low level warning pop up when I was just parking after a 20 mile trip. Car is at around 75% charge level and the 12v battery showing 13.9v on screen.
Ii had nothing on the wireless charging pad, and my dash cam plugged into the port by the rear view mirror.

Any ideas what it might refer to ?

the phone battery via bluetooth maybe the one, as my phone was on 20%.
