Beyond angry!!!😡😡😡

Just heard from the insurance company. They think they've traced the other driver and their insurance, so they've waived my excess. And the repair centre has said it's on course for being finished by Monday, and it should be returned by Tuesday. 😁

They've been quiet in the background, which is probably a good thing. They were pretty comprehensive with the initial report, and the follow ups with the reference numbers and the like. Once they handed over to the repairers, most of the contact has been with them. I'm guessing they'll likely be in touch again after everything is done. The real crunch will be at renewal, but no complaints so far 👍
