Binding car to my phone

I still have the problem that my car won’t bind to my phone. Spoke to dealership and this was the first they had heard of the problem. They are contacting mg to try to rectify the issue

You don't mention whether you tried the solutions offered at all, or you did but they didn't work and what else you attempted?:
