Hi all, I have owned my MG ZS 3 weeks now, connected my phone to Bluetooth the day I collected it. Since yesterday it needs to be manually connected every time I get into the car. I’ve unpaired and repaired and the same issue happens when I get out of the car.

I was using CarPlay via a cable recently too would it have something to do with that ?

Nope.
I have mine on the Bluetooth. Then my lad wants a lift and wants to connect his.
Here begins the ultimate faff
Disconnect mine. It then recognises his and won't play anything. We then have to manually turn off the car BT. Then go into settings to disconnect his. Then reconnect his .....

It's not his phone because this happens with my wife's as well.

Rather than turning ff the car and having to restart it, try holding down the HOME button on the head unit, for about ten seconds.
Hold it down until it reboots the head unit.
This should save switching off the car.
