Bluetooth woes

I've had my ZS EV for a couple of months now and my iPhone (13) has never synched with Bluetooth. It will connect and it will handle calls but there is no call or contacts synch.

My wife's iPhone (14 maybe) connects and synchs just fine. Her phone was connected after mine so it's not like the list was full.

The car has been in for an update to the screen and still the same thing.

It has never worked. Another pet peeve is the status of the phone says 'Disconnected' when it is actually the one that is 'Connected'.

Please can someone explain or even offer advice ?

Don't think it's the Iphone 13. Mine has no problems.

I tried again and with much rebooting (phone) and deleting things and a few choice words it did actually connect AND synch. Bizarre.
