Breaking up CPS...Good or bad?

I was recently at the Norwich Forecourt, 22 CCS available plus Tesla Superchargers and 7kW posts. Had a Costa upstairs and a small M&S food place. Comfy seating too.
Lots of Solar panels and a massive battery storage area.

Wow! Can only dream about infrastructure like that down here, lucky to have a pole in a field with a cow attendant!

That looks great. It's exactly what's needed. But what we're getting, and I mean new installations being put in right now, is still the deserted corner of the rain-soaked, windswept car park.

That's a bit strong, but there are some pretty obnoxious forecourt staff here too
