Hi wondering if anyone can help,
I notice the lock on the fuel cap lock/mechanism has broken or pushed inside the car and therefore does not lock the fuel cap door.
Is there any diagrams, videos or information to get access inside the panel to get to the part and refit/replace?
I've booked in to mg garage but earliest is March.
The wife may have caused this by not closing the fuel door properly and may have pushed the locking mechanism inside the panel and worried she won't de pressurise the fuel cap.
She also mentioned the fuel trigger keeps tripping/cutting out when refuelling which is why I think she hasn't pressed the button under the steering wheel to open the cap properly.
