Bus lane beeps.

Yesterday I was for the first time driving alongside a bus lane, (London Road in Carlisle) the whole legnth of the bus lane the car was beeping every few seconds, anyone else had this and does anyone know how/if it can be turned off.

Was this beeping when you were close to, or alongside a bus, or was it while the bus lane was clear?

Had you lane keep assist on, it could be it picking up the continuous line on the nearside?

It was on so that's possible, however there are a number of roads in my area with a continuous white line on the nearside which do not trigger the annoying beep.
