If I wasn't retired, I would be trading my 1 year old model in now for the long range, being retired I'm in no hurry to get to where ever I'm going, so the old model is fine for me
- 80 mile commute & 25,000 miles a year, LR would give a lower chance of battery degradation going between 80% & 50% approx than 80-20 approx with a SR.
- I do enough long trips (North Wales/Chorley/Cornwall from MK) to not want to waste my life away at charging points

I'm retired too. It would be nice to be able to charge the car and go on our, once or twice a year, 190 mile round day trip to the coast without worrying about finding a charger, but the rest of the time my 2020 is perfect for my local short journey needs.
