Can't connect to MG Charge Hub Pro

As part of a recent promotion here in Australia, I received the MG Charge Hub Pro for free when buying the S5. I've just had it installed and although the manual says that 'plug and play' is the default, mine seems to require the RFID card to activate charging. The manual says I should be able to connect to the Charger's wifi to change settings, but the Charger SSID doesn't show up on either my laptop or phone to be able to connect. Anyone have any ideas?

I am stuck with the same issue. My story is I couldn't connect to wifi, so used a lan cable. When I tried to log in it made me change the password. Unfortunately it now doesn't recognise the new password and it didn't give the opportunity to enter password recovery questions. There is no response when I have emailed MG Australia or left messages. The unit will only work with RFID card which I set up with the charge hub app. This means I can't do scheduled charging etc. There appears to be no option of a factory reset...

That's disappointing to hear. I've also emailed MG Australia, but only did that today.
