Can't unbind car

My MG4 was returned, and has been sold to someone else. However, in the app it's still bound to my account and there doesn't seem to be anyway to unbind it at my end. This is obviously bad for several reasons, not least in that I could use the bluetooth key to steal it.

Any idea on what to do? Have emailed the contact use email address but no response.

Good morning @YaR, my version might be different to the one you're using, but the process should be the same.

From the home screen, tap on the name of your vehicle, MG4 Electric in my case.


You should then see a screen like this, tap again on the vehicle.


This should take you to the 'Unbind' screen, this is what mine looks like.

In what way? The fact that you'd still have access to someone else's car?

The new owner should simply request MG to unbind the car at the server level.
