Can't update navigation

Hi all,

My nav unit still contains the 2018 maps (see license, maps in nav)
When I go in to my profile I see the 2020 q2 free update.
When I download the footprint USB and connect it in toolbox there is no update.

I contacted Naviextras through the tickets and received a email that the aren't giving support on the unit?
Very strange to hear because toolbox is their software.
Someone know what to do?

P.s. Android Auto is missing in the nav unit. It's just not there. The dealer is looking into that problem.

Strange. Perhaps this explains why there is now a login box on their support site here and no obvious way to that I can see to request help. I don;t know what to suggest, however I did post a contact mail address in this thread which might help.

I updated mine, I think it was August, this year but it shows as a 2019 version.
