Car already banded to ISMAST App.

I collected my MG4 two weeks ago. When trying to synch with the ISMART app I noticed that is was already synch with some else account.

I have rang the dealership three times to get the the prior synch removed to no avail, the dealership say that is a matter for customer services and customer services say that it is a matter for the dealership!

Is there any way to remove the synch from the car myself?
 
Tell them you are rejecting the car, that might wake them up.
I think China needs to unbind the car with prompting from the dealer.
 
Also - was it a "new" car, if so - why is someone else connected to the system.
If it's ex-demo, or 2nd hand, why didn't the dealer do a proper job at dis-associating with previous owners...

It's the dealer's problem to sort, not yours.
 
The car was only registered in July, so I cant see it as an ex-demo car.

I contacted MG Customer Service by email. They said that the car needs a technical reset. It is the responsibility of the dealership , but if I send them the V5 they should be able to do if for me.
