Car Scanner Pro has recently been added to Apple CarPlay (and Android Auto I think), so it's possible to see your percentage charge on your infotainment screen now.

I have a problem with my pre-facelift ZS though - shortly after turning off and locking the car the alarm sounds, unless I disconnect the app first. Is anyone aware of a setting in the app which can be used to stop this happening? I have the Connection Profile set to MG ZS ev (but it also did it when it was set to OBD-II/EOBD).

the car alarm goes off because you left ODB dongle plugged in?

The dongle has been plugged in 24 hours a day for well over a year without problem (using ABRP, which I've now deleted). The alarm goes off shortly after the car is locked when the app is still connected. I believe it's because the app tries to get info from the OBD again and the car thinks it is an intruder .... other apps have settings to stop this happening and I'm hoping that Car Scanner does too.
