Yes I agree. It’s quite a shock going back to ice. I’ve been using a BMW 320i while I’m waiting for delivery and I’ve already put £230 petrol in it this Month And I’ve not been using it as i would an EV. The freedom of even just going out for a drive when you want to and not being concerned about the fuel cost alone when running an EV is massive!
