CarPlay dongle and wireless charger

I’ve just added this wireless CarPlay and wireless charging set up to my ZS Hybrid +.
Just need to find a way to tidy up the cables a bit.

What's your experience with that wireless charger? doesn't the phone come off constantly on bumpy roads, given it's not really lying flat as it is in factory installed pads. And how is the charging speed? With slow wireless chargers I found that wireless CarPlay consumes more than they charge, so the phone will still go eventually flat.

I’m happy with the wireless charger, I’ve got an iPhone 14 and I’ve positioned it so the phone camera lens over hangs the charger and the top of the phone is up against the side so the phone doesn’t move about too much, the charger is only 8mm thick.
On Tuesday I drove for an hour along the M42 with wireless CarPlay on and the phone on charge, at the end of the journey my phone had the same amount of charge as when I began my journey.
