Is that your experience? Only I have inadvertently driven away with the charge cover up on more than one occasion without consequence and I would have thought the stresses of the vibration of the car and 60 mph wind 9as I drove) would have been more than enough to overstress the flap yet as I say no harm was done. I wouldn't recommend it to be clear, but I wouldn't worry about the wind on the flap. However, I chose not to charge overnight in the storm because I wanted to park away from any buildings that may lose roof tiles! Fortunately, none did.Hi
