I phoned and they were extremely helpful, and I'm all sorted now.

In related news, once I was back in the app I checked my account. Once again the Cambridge Street destination charger has not recorded my car as receiving any charge, although in actual fact it was charging for about three and a half hours and put on about 40% (probably about 20 kwh) in that time, saving my bacon in the process. Probably about £9 worth then.

That's two out of two for these chargers. I should use them more often! (The Blink ones in Halifax are on two for four, but the two no-bill charges were the second two, so I remain hopeful there too.)

Wow it says 40p / kWh in the CPS app after 1.40 for the first kWh. I might be tempted to try that thanks.
Might have a Glaswegian wander and see if I can find a book about Mull.

Has anyone else not been charged their last direct debit?

The last CPS charge I had was last November, and that went through OK.

I've just logged into my CPS account though and it says I haven't setup a payment method - even though I have, and I have also done the update per their change in payment processor. ?

Yep, I think they are moving to billing per session as opposed to monthly but must be a hold up somewhere. I've not had a bill for a couple of months.
