charger pin fault

As posted yesterday couldn't release the plug went to charge it this morning and wouldn't charge so tried my bosses charger same been back to the dealers they tried it no look so reading on the internet and checking the charging port. The car is recognising it is plugged in but wont activate the charge so putting this down to the charging pin not working as it is not locking it in to charge anyone have any similar problems.
