Child locks will not unlock

The 2 child locks for the rear doors are permanently locked whichever position the lever in the door casing is in. Does anybody have a fix?

What ZS EV do you have ?.
Is it the original ( 2019 ) Gen 1 model, or the later Gen2 face lift model ?.
Some of the recent models, have arrived with a bad batch of door locking mechanisms and replacement ones have been installed.
A relative of mine was unable to open the N/S/F or N/S/R doors from the inside, from the collection day.
Both locked were replaced under warranty ( of course ) and all is fine now.
