chrome of gear knob is coming off.
noticed after the second service.
Have anyone else the same problem?

I've lost some of the chrome around the P in the middle.

Seem to recall someone mentioning similar a year or two ago... Think they had it replaced, but it would likely still have been under a year old at the time.

I just noticed that the foil was peeling around the 'P' symbol on mine - now it's just a jagged edge... has anyone else come across this issue? (wonder if that's covered by warranty?)

There have been a couple of owners with a similar problem in the past ?.
I think from memory, the top silver circular plate can be replaced, as can the silver lower gear selector wheel.
Not sure if it is covered under warranty after 12 months though ??.

It was 18 months old
He had it replaced under warranty
