Compatible Spare Wheels for the MG5

I really want to get a full size wheel (tyre and rim) for my MG5 but been looking for ages. I’ll still look but at the moment feel that I should just get a cheap space saver one off eBay or Shpock. I know the stud spacing is 5x112 and that the Golf mk5 spare fits the MG. Are there any other compatible spares from other cars that fit?

Does this mean that a full sized wheel from these compatible cars would also fit the MG5 for use as a spare?

I am a bit of a dummy when it comes to these matters! Thanks to you all.

Iirc Golf has the wrong wheel size as it has a 125/70 tyre. To best match the standard wheels you need a 125/90 tyre. I got a 16" 5x112 stud Merc C class steel space saver spare with the correct tyre, off eBay for £30, details below.
