Do you have an Amazon Prime Music account?

Are you using the drop down to go to amazon uk as it is preset to .com?

Do you have an Amazon Prime Music account?

Yes we have an Amazon prime account. I put my information in on the Amazon icon on the right of the screen. It worked whilst I was sitting in the car on the drive but when we went out it didn’t work

I believe you actually need the amazon music account. For some reason the Amazon Prime account is not recognised. Amazon Music will play but will include adverts.

Mine is working with my prime account without having Amazon Music and no adverts

I have checked. I have Amazon Music, I have deleted my acc from the icon and put the information back in, I’ll go for a drive an d see if it is still the same
