New guy saying hello.

Until a month ago I had a 2021 Yaris Hybrid

Which was OK at the start.

But then I quickly found out any kind of hill was its kryptonite, revs high and not very good at them at all, over 5 months I'd had enough and got rid and bought a Mazda CX-3 2.0 manual

Which is OK, but I should have bought an auto one.

So looking to back to an auto, and the stonking performance of the MG3 is very attractive to me

Reading here I see it has hill issues as well, but there is a global update which is supposed to fix it?

Anyone had the update?

I have had an MG3 hybrid for over a year it’s been great never had an issue with hills in fact it has lots of power and fun to drive.
I am trading it in for an MG5s as I want to go completely electric. I have enjoyed the MG3. No car is perfect but I thought it was great value for Money.
