Cyber doors

Cyberster doors having intermittent problem where one or both doors will not open fully. I have to use the various buttons to get the door (s) open. Any one experience this

The key fob is Abit laggy so you always tend to double press. Is that the reason? Can't stand to close while you open the door. Stand behind the door is best.
