I have like a 1GB of data included. That's all I can afford after buying a new car. There's some data included for the car, if I remember right, but I'm not sure if one can use that for web radio.

With all the money you are saving by not using fossil fuels perhaps you need to change your phone contract. For example in the UK Smarty have a deal with 24GB data, unlimited texts and calls for £7/month

That's an insanely good mobile plan, we don't have that here. And I'm not really saving anything yet. I don't drive enough, so i haven't "paid off" the wall box yet.

If you can find a 48K stream for your favourite Radio Station, you can listen for less than 25MB per hour; or about 40 hours per month if you want to use all your 1GB allowance

If you are a 'News & Chat' junkie, then a 24k mono stream could give you 80 hours at acceptable quality.

Only just started having the DAB/FM problem. If i listen to radio its only ever 1 DAB station. Its always kept the station as default, although sometimes i have to press play on the screen or click the radio tile for it to start. But 2 days ago and since everytime I get in the car it defaults to radio4 on fm. Highly annoying to have to go in and change to DAB. Not sure why this would be something new to happen?

One thing to also consider is a dashcam installed as this can effect the DASB radio in any car
