Collected new HS hybrid+ Trophy on the 1st .. after playing with different settings can someone help with stopping the DAB radio station changing to FM but not changing back to DAB station.. many thanks

Just picked mine up and it doesnt swap stations....

Looks like im gonna be taking a trip back to dealer to sort this out ... i understand if not a good signal it switches to fm of same station but when signal returns it should switch back to dab ?

Radio all sorted .. dab not switching to fm and if it does its only momentarily and straight back to dab station.... just needed to reset to my area

Hi what exactly did you do? Having the same problem- not sure how you reset the area??

Hiya m8 ... i was playing about in the settings and found nothing ... so a quick search on google and it said to do a reset of the media system .... i cannot remember if i had to have the ignition on or not but i had to keep the home button pressed down for about 30 seconds ...and had no problems since... i think the car i have came from a different area where the radio was on and it saved the stations in that area , now its reset to my area it works flawlessly ... hope this helps you out.

Thanks for response - had to do an impromptu reset couple of days ago (after google search) for different reasons as after return from holiday new car did not recognise phone for CarPlay and the in built satnav had a wobbler and gps had us in the completely wrong area! Great when you are trying to navigate out of an unfamiliar city! Luckily restarted seems to have sorted it so will monitor the DAB situation as hopefully may have sorted that if it fixed yours.

How exactly did you done that? Please. Our radio has just stopped playing twice now. Cannot select any stations on list.

how i did mine was to reset the radio ..... i cannot remember if ignition was on or the car running you will have to check ... but hold down the home button ( furthest button to right underneath screen ) for 30 seconds ... screen will turn off then just try it ... hope it works for you.
