my radio wouldn't autotune initially . I had to go through all the DAB stations manually and store them as favourites . Then they were kept and the logos shown .
Have you tried that?
Worked for me also

.
When you go into the manual tuning screen @Bob6731 ensure the DAB tab is showing DAB in blue.
Now press the “station selections button” it’s three small vertical lines, with an S to the right corner.
The “By station” tab should be on the default in blue.
You will notice that the BBC channels should appear at the top of the list, these are under the heading of “BBC National DAB”.
If you select any from the selection offered, they should play.
If so, now press the “home button” and you should now see a nice station graphic / logo of the displayed ( see below ).
Now press on the centre of the station tile again ( example “BBC 3”) and then press the heart

symbol at the bottom of the screen and it will turn red, now it is saved.
Return to the station page and repeat the process.
This will save your channels choices and they should display the station graphic / logo on the main “Home Screen” but only from this section.
Returning to the manual tuning screen under DAB, if you now scowl the screen up, you will see more channels offered under the title of “D1 National”.
If I select any channels from this section, I do receive the radio channel correctly, but the nice graphic / station logo is not shown, only the boring default graphic / symbol of a radio ( see below )
“Talksport” is the first station offered to me in this lower section, yes it works just fine but no nice station graphic / logo shown on the main home screen.
Hope this makes some sense at least

.
Will this is the case on my car and in my location in North Wales of course

.
If you are in a large city then there is likely to be more channels and station graphic logo’s appearing.
