Hi, just bought myself an MG ES EV...does anyone know if I can put my dash cam in - I have a blackview front and rear camera that has just been taken out of my Toyota Hybrid

Of course you can, you might need someone to do the job for you depending on how handy you are and how you want the wiring to be done but it's certainly possible.

MG ZS EV Dashcam Hardwire.

Adding a dashcam using hardwire kit, this can be a little unsuring to those without some auto electric knowledge, so if in doubt seek someone to do it for you. The fuse box required is underneath the glove box, it is not covered so make sure there is no power switched on. Fuse 15 is a 15 amp...

I had a Transcend DP220 dash cam installed in my leaf 5 years ago and also had a Power magic pro installed to permanently provide power when parked. PMP can be set to shut down when 12 volt battery gets to a certain level mine is set at 12 volts so the battery will not drain. PMP can be turned on and off (located in glovebox)I generally leave it on when parked away from home etc. Touch wood never recorded any bumps but £150 for peace of mind.
