Dashcam front and back

Is it possible to record the already installed front and back camera, so you dont have to install 2 dashcams?

I use a Nextbase 332 with a rear view camera which plug in to the side of the front unit and can down load both. If something happens front or back you can hit a button on the dash cam and it will save and lock the that part of the recording.
