Day Running Lights

My driver side day running light is now off when the lights are in auto. Side light and headlight working fine. A fuse? Anyone got experience of this? It’s a MG5 EV 2022 LR version. A fault that needs fixing under the warranty?

DRLs are sealed units, if it's faulty, whole unit needs replacing. Definitely get it to the dealer for warranty.

Even if it were a blown fuse there would have to be an underlying issue so a trip to the dealer it is I'm afraid.

Been to MG in Stirling this morning. Now booked in for exploratory check, but not until the 16th of December!!

This one is already 20 miles away, the next closest is 40!

As said above an entire light unit or if you're lucky the led controller it's attached to.

Not sure which side of Stirling you are coming from but is the one at 40 miles the Newbridge, Edinburgh dealer? Not used them but there is one there.... I assume the Stirling one is Frasers of Falkirk.

Avoid the Newbridge one. Macklin.

Apparently there's one in Haddington if that helps...I haven't been but someone told me.

The Falkirk one is good.
