diagnostic appointment booking

Hi all, I have a MG4 and I think I have a leaking windscreen wash tank. I am asking around regarding a diagnostic appointment. All of them are at least one and half month later. Earliest one I can get is on 28th Jan. Other nearby MG is like 2nd of Feb and one is even 24th of Feb. Is MG always like this?

I have the under tray bulge and won’t be in for inspection until 23rd of Jan.. seems like it is an MG thing either side of the globe

Are you sure it's leaking? Seen any water under the car? The reason I ask is I thought the same. I was filling the reservoir often. Then looking in the manual discovered it only holds 2 litres.
Just a thought.

Thanks a lot for this. Never thought of this, previous car has 5 litre tank, may be this is the issue. I am testing this.

On a side note, my mother has kept on and on at me because she keeps saying the washers don't work on her 2007 Corsa (which she has had from new) and it's only when I finally got fed up with her moaning at me that I check the washer tank and it's full, so I then check the washer lever on the steering wheel and it works fine, so I went in and said it works fine and off she went in a strop (as she normally does) only to ring me an hour later to moan at me that I was lying and they don't work.
I got her to bring the car round to my house and I got her to show me what was not working, so she flashed the main headlights and said "See they don't work!!!"
I then said of course the washers don't work, you are not using the washer level but using the head light flasher. So she can't admit she is wrong and proclaims the garage must of swapped the levers around when it went in for the MOT... Duh!!!
