While you are all snuggling down under the blankets or feeding the fire to warm the house, spare a thought for those of us who are suffering from an absolute drenching 24 hrs of rain, being evaporated back up over the next two days with the sun so hot (because the air was flushed clean of any dust) that 5 mins outside resulted in the dizzies and sunburn .... anything metal is too hot to pick up with bare hands ...... and it's still spring .......
