Does anyone actually use Lane assist in MG Pilot

So in my MG4 the lane assist seems a bit dangerous. It wants to hug to a lane and gets you too close to cars in other lanes, it doesn't want to keep you in the middle.

Any others experience?
 
I tried it once on my Toyota C-HR. Never again. It did much the same as you describe above. So no, not tried it in the 4.
 
I haven't got my ZS yet, but I certainly don't intend to use lane assist, period. I'll drive my car - the car won't drive me IYSWIM. With the state of many road markings, I don't think it will ever be 100% reliable. Others may have differing opinions of course.
 
I have always had LKA itself turned off in the infotainment, (it stays off even after restart) for normal use, but when using MG Pilot (Not just ACC but ACC plus 2 tugs on on the stalk) on the motorway it is fine.
