Did you know, Cruise/Lane assist

Apologies to all who already know this. Like many I start each journey by disabling the annoying functions: Overspeed audible warning, Lane assist, Driver fatigue monitoring, Driver awareness monitoring. But on long motorway journeys I like the security offered by Lane Keep Assist. I’ve only just discovered that if you press and hold the cruise control button for about 3 seconds it activates Active Lane Keep Assist in conjunction with each Cruise control engagement, when you want to disable it against just press and hold the cruise button for 3 seconds.
