Easee charger and Octopus Intelligent Go

I am not able to use Octopus Intelligent Go because both my MG4 and Easee One charger are not compatible with Intelligent Go. (At least one of the two needs to be compatible).

My Easee app updated last night and now gives me the option of linking my Octopus account with Easee to take advantage of 1). Smart Charging (charge based on the price of electricity) or 2), Off-peak charging (help to protect the grid).

As of this morning the Octopus website does not list the Easee One as compatible with Intelligent Go.

Fingers crossed that integration might happen soon. I’ll contact both Easee and Octopus next month to see what they say.

Are you actually linking it or are you just telling it what tariff you are on so it knows what the off-peak hours are ?
 
I linked the Easee app and my Octopus account (am currently on Octopus Go, not Intelligent Go.)

The Easee app says ‘no data yet …. Check later”

Delving into my Easee web dashboard I find that the new features on Octopus Agile are supported but Intelligent Go is not yet supported.
 
Easee messed up my charging today. I had previously told the Easee app that I am on Octopus Agile and in the past the app has accurately calculated my charging cost. But something has now gone awry.
Yesterday I set the Easee app to charge the following afternoon, it actually charged in the morning. And, looking at the cost, it is not pulling over accurate Agile prices.
The app is set to Scheduled Charge and not Smart Charging or Off Peak Charging.
I’ve removed my Octopus Agile details from the Easee app as clearly something has gone wrong with the Easee/Octopus integration. I’ve also raised a ticket with Easee.
Not happy as I have been charged for Kws this morning when Octopus would have paid me this afternoon to charge up
