Lights coming on and off at night. Scottish Power charging.

I have recently started using a Scottish power setup with a Easee charger and have twice now setup for night charging, my security cameras show that the front and rear lights come on every 4-5 minutes for 30 seconds.
It only happens while it’s charging and doesn’t happen during daylight hours.
Anyone else have this problem? I noticed one has, but I think they mentioned only when it starts, not every 4-5 minutes.
I’m surprised that the neighbour who is facing us at the end of our cul-de-sac hasn’t been knocking at our door…
