I've just received my shiny new Electrocard today from Octopus Electroverse.
I haven't got a car to actually try it out with, so can anyone tell me of their experiences with it?
Does it work as advertised? It says that Octopus Go customers get 5% off, and can pay through their home energy bill. Again does that work ok? Does it truly operate seamlessly across the various networks?

I can never remember which networks it covers so just try it first at every charger I use. When it is accepted it works fine and just gets added to my energy bill, no idea if it's a discounted rate as I don't pay that much attention.

Never found one near me that accepts it so can't comment...still got my welcome £10 on it

Ive used it a couple of times without any issue. it adds the charge to a nominated debit card. t does work where the "no card payment " notices are prominent.

Osprey and Shell Recharge around Edinburgh seem most prominent. Geniepoint, Li(fe), saas charge are some others

Some say;

Pay through Electric Universe to receive a 20% discount from 7pm-11pm (63p/kWh)
Includes 5% discount as an Octopus Go customer.

Others

charge points
£0.52
Price from (£/kWh)
Includes 5% discount as an Octopus Go customer.

Obviously price vary per supplier and charger type

charge points
£0.37
Price from (£/kWh)
Includes 5% discount as an Octopus Go customer.
