Emissions fault come up on MG3 hybrid

I have a new MG3 Hybrid and am getting Emissions fault come up every time the engine kicks in. Car is two weeks old
Called the dealer they said they would call me back didn't Then when I did evetually talk to some one said could I drop by in a weeks time.
I asked if it was ok to drive he said and I quote "how would I know". The car is two weeks old so much for customer service.

Pretty sure someone will be along shortly advising you on making sure your fuel filler cap is done up properly.

I found it on here and have retightened it. I have not had to put fuel in yet it’s that new. So if people here know why doesn’t the dealer ???
