EO charging app login

So I am in Manchester for the weekend and there are some EO chargers I wanted to use in the NCP parking. I downloaded the app but is keeps giving a system error when I try to create an account. Anyone using these and know how to fix this?

You should be able to pay for charging using an RFID bank card.

EO app. There was a QR code on the charger which took you to their app to download. I did try a few cards but it didn't work. The wording suggested you needed an EO Card. Maybe I was unlucky and I selected a faulty charger.

Are you sure it was an official QR code. Some scammers are adding ones to devices or car parking boards.

Thanks but yeah I am super paranoid about this.


It was firmly part of the charger and I did go visit the official website to make sure before I downloaded the iOS app.
