EO mini pro 3 issues

Hi all

Anyone got the above-named charger? It regularly says not connected on the app, and now is sometimes going into a yellow-led "paused" mode (no explanation of what that even means).

I love having an EV but bloody hell the faff is doing my head in.

Try this solution

Reboot the main power source​

Within your property you will have a power source that is controlled by a switch. This could be on your main switchboard, a new consumer unit, or an isolation switch.
Once you have located the switch, turn it off for 30 seconds, this allows the unit to fully power down, then switch it back on. Please allow 3-5 minutes for the unit to fully reboot itself.
Once the charger is rebooted, the LED should go back to blue, indicating ready to charge.
